I took my car in to get a tyre puncture resolved. The Technician advised me that my front tyres were worn out. The staff ordered two new tyres at the same time and asked me to come later to get them fitted. I went back that afternoon and got them fitted. The staff are very professional and friendly. They were very committed to ensuring that the job was done on time and done well. A great team with great customer service focus. Well done Team.
I tried to contact Tyrepower Joondalup last week and it rang out but within 2 minutes after getting a text message apologising for not answering, I had a call from Shane. It was a pleasant surprise to be spoken to by a friendly, non pushy, caring manager who explained the various choices for my car. First class service from a busy workshop. I was greeted by staff as I arrived with caravan and treated like royalty. Also given very helpful advice on other aspects of wheels. Very competitive with pricing and job completed in no time - a very big thanks to all the staff. Bill.
tried Tyrepower for the first time with my SsangYong Kyron through for 105000 service i asked for full synthetic oil not a problem i asked for a number of things not a drama picked up car customer service great very highly recommend from the nice lady on front to mechanic who discusses your requirements will be back for next service
I recently had a set of Tyres fitted to my vintage car, Wade the owner found the correct Tyres for me a great price, unfortunately the wheel balance was quite correct I took it back and it was corrected ASAP but the worker unfortunately dented my wheel trims. I reported this to Wade the owner, with absolutely no hesitation he replaced the damaged wheel trims. Thanks Wade, for the great service.

Yet again, Ian and the boys at Kiama Tyrepower have blown me away with their service. I drove in expecting to get a price on 4 new tyres and an hour later I had the tyres, all balanced and at a great price, just can’t fault these guys. I admit I was lucky they had the tyres I wanted and they were not that busy that they could not fit me in. They have been looking after me for 5 years with every tyre problem I have including my ride on mower. Would not go anywhere else.
Great honest place to go for tyre repairs and replacement, amongst other services. Every interaction for over a decade has been beyond fantastic!
