As an American/British resident, here is my take. I pre booked some work I knew I needed for my car here. First time I booked a service, had no idea what to expect and my Malay is even worse than most people's English here. Suffice to say, I got parked ok. Workshop guy saw me and I showed him my booking, handed over key and pointed out the car. Waiting area. AC'd and small, but fine.
