Frustrated with the worker's attitude for saying 'Sit down first/wait a moment, I want to eat' when the time was already 2:19 PM, which I believe is past break time. In the end, I went to another store. You may not care about losing one customer, but to me, the customer is number one. One star for that worker
This shop has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called many times on the day of my visit but no one picked up. I still made the effort to drive one hour to the shop, only to be told they could not service my car because of no manpower. The man who claimed to be the boss said he needed to be on the ground himself, even though I saw less than five cars at the shop.
