Bad service. workshop is big, but no staff.. Just needed to remove a nail but no one assist.. waited more than 20 mins.. This is my first bad review for a shop.. Disappointing experience ..
Customer service is very good, but to change 2 tyres took me about 3 hours still not done yet. I was expected the least 1 hour to get all done, but no. Should have read the review first before coming.
I should have listened to the reviews. It took more than 2 hours to change one tire. People who came in after me had their cars finished first. It's not a welcoming environment at all.
