I would give -5 if I could. My wife went here for a simple headlight alignment on a car so they decided to change a light bulb (all bulbs were ok) without asking. When they ask for 20 pounds she asked them for a receipt and they said they couldn't give one because they didn't charge VAT. UPDATE: Took car to MOT retest and it FAILED on headlight alignment. You say you will refund my 20 pounds but who will pay for the 30 retest?
