They're always ready to helot
Won’t trust these guys as my tyre has some leak as it went almost flat at home and got Nrma to pump up to go to nearby tyre shop to repair, so happen this tyre shop is nearby. They said they checked twice and no leak and suggest to replace two new tyres. I didn’t want to and they went and replaced valve without confirming with me when I said wait while I was checking with my friend and then they charge for same price for repairing. I got them to do a balance/ rotation on all wheels and a wheel alignment last April. 4 months later, I got a new set of tyres. They over tightened the lug nuts and one of them broke. They would not accept responsibility for it. Quote from Nathan, "What do you want me to do about it?". This is what you call Quality?! I definitely would not be coming back.
Very honest and consistent service from the team. As a female, I am always weary of the kind of service I will receive when it comes to car servicing. I had my first punctured tire back in February. The shop next door wanted $5 more and over an hour to patch my tire at the time so I wandered into Tyre & Wheel West Ryde to compare prices. 20 minutes later, my tire was patched and it's been going strong ever since.
