I got them to do a balance/ rotation on all wheels and a wheel alignment last April. 4 months later, I got a new set of tyres. They over tightened the lug nuts and one of them broke. They would not accept responsibility for it. Quote from Nathan, "What do you want me to do about it?". This is what you call Quality?! I definitely would not be coming back.
Very honest and consistent service from the team. As a female, I am always weary of the kind of service I will receive when it comes to car servicing. I had my first punctured tire back in February. Nail puncture was fixed in 20 minutes. Staff were super friendly as well. Can't ask for much more!
