I travelled from Auckland to Te Awamutu for a competition and noticed my car wasn’t quite right once I had reached Te Awamutu. I turned up to Tyre & Tune Centre desperately looking for help as everywhere was closing up for the long weekend. Instead of turning me away (as they had every right to) they took a quick look at my car and found that the brake bolts had fallen out. They fixed it quickly for me on the spot. Thank you so much for caring enough to help me make it back home safely to my children and family!
Would not recommend to anyone! They damage your car more then fixing it. Never had a problem with my car until then. Took for a warrant, then a service. Repeatedly took it back due to ongoing issues since the warrant was done! Excuse after excuse as to why this and that was happening. To the point my car wheel snapped off the bar (something that should have been picked up in a warrant)! I’m now $3000 in debt and without a car all within a couple of months after repeatedly taking it back. They were happy to charge every time ... read more
