Went in for tyres they damaged a stud. Didn’t tell me till I was there to pick it up. They had no plans on repairing the damage they caused and wanted it to leave missing a wheel nut. Was not till I called them out on their bs they decided to fix it and then taking a full day to do so.
Was told my tyre couldn’t be repaired and needed a new one. As I had a screw in it. Went to another place and got it repaired straight away as it was able to be done. Not happy. Very poor customer service.
Had a tyre puncture and Visited Tyre station this afternoon. A member of the staff was attending to a Lady’s car. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by him , the lady was very happy. The staff member attended to my car . I thanked him for providing a fantastic service to the customer he attended earlier and providing me the same fantastic service. Even the charges were very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to any. You will not be disappointed ,
