Tyre Solutions is worth the drive from my home. I ordered tyres for my car and was notified promptly that my order was being prepared. Tyre Solutions works to coordinate stock and get customers their orders as efficiently as possible.
Tyre Solutions is well worth seeking out and the team there make every visit count. The signage out front makes it easy to find your way in and get to the right spot to pull in. Once you are there the whole experience is straightforward and the staff are great at getting you sorted quickly.
Zac in the fitting area was amazing, super customer focused and really knew his stuff. Stephanie at the counter was super helpful too and made the whole thing easy to deal with. Both of them together just made the whole visit run smoothly, they are perfect examples of what a customer focused team looks like. Thanks again to the both of them, will definitely be back.
I ordered tyres from Tyre Solutions to be picked up and received a notice that they were ready. When I arrived the technician at the desk was very nice and clearly dedicated, managing multiple responsibilities with a great attitude. Tyre Solutions has competitively good prices and a hardworking team on the floor.
Love Tyre Solutions over in West End, clean, neat, nicely laid out and easy to move around in. They have a good selection of tyres and while they are a specialist shop you can get a lot of what you need sorted in one visit. What really makes it stand out is how friendly and helpful the staff are, and Stephanie is honestly one of the nicest people you will deal with.
