I visited Tyre Pro after being referred and after confirming pricing over the phone. I drove about 30 minutes to get there, expecting the service and price that were discussed. Unfortunately, once I arrived, I was quoted a much higher price than what was agreed upon, which was very frustrating and felt misleading. The condition of the shop was also disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer of Tyre Pro for a long time and have always done my car services there. I’ve also recommended and sent many customers their way, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. My rear driver-side tire had a slow leak; every other tire store in the area was booked solid due to high demand for winter tire changes. TYRE PRO got it fixed the same day for under $25. They have a new customer going forward !! :-)
