Today, I went to have my car tire repaired due to a nail in the middle. This was my third visit to this shop. During my first and second visits, my tire also had a nail, but the staff informed me that because the puncture was too close to the edge, it could not be repaired, and I had to purchase a new tire. 10/10 would recommend this store. The staff are always friendly and welcome and they genuinely care about getting you the best price and service they can provide. I had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t go anywhere else again.
It is a pity that Google reviews only allow you to leave five stars as this company deserves 105 stars. This company is what customer service should be about - I had a minor issue with the tyre pressure on my car and they checked it for me with no charge, even though I offered to pay. When my car needs new tyres, I will not be going to any of the big companies, this is where I will be going.
I called them as I noticed my tyre was losing pressure. They fit me in within the hour and I was in and out within 15-20min. Very friendly service, great price, will be back in future for my scheduled tyre changes
A few weeks ago, my car’s rear right tire kept leaking air, so I had to visit a tire shop for repairs. My husband recommended this shop to me! On a Tuesday morning, I called the shop and told them my car’s rear right tire needed to be checked and fixed, but I also needed to pick up my child from school at 3 PM, so I hoped the repair could be done quickly.
