I highly recommend Patrick from Bridgestone Service Centre. He is a legend. On the way home from a remote outback trip with my three children, my 2018 Toyota Prado had a catastrophic front differential failure in just outside Coober Pedy. My roadside assist took my car to another mechanic in Coober Pedy. Maria did an amazing job for us a few weeks back. We had two flat tyres on the Amarok on the Oodnadatta track not far from Marla and had to turn back. Phoned Bridgestone to confirm they had suitable replacements if tyres not repairable and headed to Coober Pedy on a Friday afternoon. Tyres not repairable. Maria fitted us in, working well after hours and we couldn’t have been happier. Price for tyres was very reasonable. Great service thanks
We are very appreciative of the support provided by Patrick following a disappointing experience with another local mechanic who kept promising but failed to deliver. Patrick's efforts to order and fit required parts to get us back on the road ASAP were fantastic. Quote was accurate and fair, and time of repair realistic in outback SA. Workmanship excellent.
Absolutely recommend! Patrick and Maria were so understanding, kind and very helpful. Patrick drove out to see my Fiat van in the caravan park when no one else would touch it and found the part I needed which was difficult to track down! They even gave me a loaner car so I could see all around Coober Pedy while I was here. Before I left I asked about my tryes which they checked and replaced without hesitation so I could have a safe journey north. When disaster strikes in the outback it’s nice to find a cheerful smile and a helping hand. That’s what we found as we limped into Coober Pedy with a terminal car issue. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thank you for getting us underway again. Highly recommended for vehicle repairs, tyres, batteries, and a good stock of Penrite oils.
