Called to make an appointment last week for yesterday at 3pm. No one showed up so I called at 3:30pm and I was advised I didn't have appointment so I explained that you all scheduled this appointment for me. I kept asking for a supervisor but they won't let me talk with anyone else. So they scheduled me an appointment for today between 12-4, so at just before 4 pm, I called and they said they would have the technician on duty call me. It's almost 9 pm and no one has called me back. This is my first experience as I just moved... read more
