Car wash barely rinsed my car, their contact me page on their website doesn’t work, and they don’t respond to Facebook messages. I usually avoid bad reviews but I’ve been trying to message them for a week and heard nothing back.
My car was almost as filthy after going through the wash, as it was before the wash. There is no phone number to call listed on the receipt

I’ve gotten my car washed twice so far without the use of soap even though I paid for the most expensive package. Went today and vending machines ate my money, never dispensed anything. Quality has gone down the drain.
This is a very dated car wash. There are many leaks with the soft touch. Your car will be dry as you pull out. The water leaks on your car so you eventually have a car with water spots. There are many better car washes than this one.
