I understand that this is a family business, you should then care more how you represent the front of your house. If the front of the restaurant is so dirty what does the back look like? Sanitation is Super important I see I'm not the first one on here concerned about the lack of cleanliness. The tables are So sticky from layers of filth, the booster seats and high chairs are so dirty it is seriously concerning. terrible. the spring rolls were soaking wet and fell apart the second i picked them up like theyd been sitting out all day. the pho broth was barely warm and tasted like theyd just dumped a bunch of salt in it instead of actually cooking anything. had to ask for a refund and i wouldnt eat here again if you paid me.
No Basil. Cilantro only. The lemongrass beef is embarrassing. All sautéed onion, no beef. Don't do it.
Paid for extra chicken in the fried rice, and I pity those who did not. There was barely any chicken to speak of. Other than that it was okay.
Best Pho place in NWA up to date. The service is also super friendly. Would definitely recommend. Hoping the owners will get to move to a nicer location. That would elevate the atmosphere and bring in more customers.
