I have nothing but praise for this practice, the Doctor was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to get my health issues sorted with the Hospital, I’m truly grateful
Personally at this surgery I have some good some bad points. Most of the doctors are very helpful however I have been turned away with an infection of some kind or given the wrong anti-biotics and then ended up in hospital due to becoming serious. I have also a huge problem with the receptionist staff who are very unhelpful and usually fight with patients to either not come in or go somewhere else which is disgusting. I've been a patient at this surgery for about 12 years and have always found them most helpful and courteous...highly recommend.
I’ve never had a bad experience with this surgery! They have almost always give me an appt for the same day if the issue sounds somewhat urgent and the doctors are really good, as well as the receptionists.
