Donna went there to get car inspected 2016 Honda Pilot. They rejected it for the 2 front tires ( seemed ok ) I paid the $35 dollars for the rejection sticker and went to NTB to get the tires replaced. I went back after the 60 days not knowing it expires to get my sticker and was verbally abused. This used to be a great place now it’s be run by a kid who is a jerk. I understand it’s business but yelling at someone and treating them isn’t good business. I for one will never go back there.
Over the past 2 years I have used Simon to buy a car, service cars for myself, my daughter, and 2 grandchildren. I trust them and feel they work for our safety and they look for the best deal around for product.
