I went to these folks about 2 1/2 months ago, requesting a quote and inspection with my local deck repair/reno project after Hurricane Helene. I was assured by their front office admin lady that they wouldn’t play games, wouldn’t leave me hanging like other contractors. Gave my info to them, left feeling assured. LIARS. They never came out to my home, never gave a quote or inspection. These people are liars, they won’t honor their word and won’t call you back. As a future neighbor to an individual building with Tyner, I caution prospective customers to consider your future neighbors before choosing Tyner. They have consistently parked blocking driveways, mailboxes, and into surrounding properties. They have ignored requests to park in a clear right of way area. The home has been under construction for more than a year and last week was the first time the cut down the weeds. The work site is disorganized and messy.
