I had my appointment with Andrea who was: lovely, welcoming and really helped me find the glasses I now have and love. In the past before coming to Tyne-dale Eye Clinic I tended not to wear my glasses because I didn’t like the style and didn’t find them comfortable. I wear them for work, driving and reading now. All the staff are lovely, friendly & go out there way to help you. I have been to this clinic for years now and always the best service. Andrea is so lovely. Love my new glasses and the eye prescription always great. Couldn’t thank them enough.
I can’t understand all the negative comments but this was my first visit today and I only have good things to say. From the minute I stepped through the door Hannah greeted me with such professionalism and she kept me at ease with the first couple of tests. Then the test itself with the optician was extensive and well carried out. Then back to Hannah to take some more details then to choose the new glasses. The whole experience took an hour so wasn’t rushed at all. Would recommend 💯 % 😊😊
Been attending Tynedale for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With a warm, friendly welcome from Gwen Christine & Hannah, you’re treated with courtesy & respect throughout your consultation.
