All the staff are lovely, friendly & go out there way to help you. I have been to this clinic for years now and always the best service. Andrea is so lovely. Love my new glasses and the eye prescription always great. Couldn’t thank them enough.
I can’t understand all the negative comments but this was my first visit today and I only have good things to say. From the minute I stepped through the door Hannah greeted me with such professionalism and she kept me at ease with the first couple of tests. Then the test itself with the optician was extensive and well carried out. Then back to Hannah to take some more details then to choose the new glasses. The whole experience took an hour so wasn’t rushed at all. Would recommend 💯 % 😊😊
Been attending Tynedale for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With a warm, friendly welcome from Gwen Christine & Hannah, you’re treated with courtesy & respect throughout your consultation. I had the pleasure of meeting a different optician this visit, Mr Simpson, who after finding a problem, he did what he needed to there and then to save me going back, which resulted in my routine appointment running over by well over an hour. The low reviews left, only confirms my experience here. As soon as I said I would like to escalate the matter the the local area team, which is like a body above opticians they kept saying I was rude. I was not rude in any way and all because I feel I have been definitley ripped off now as an explanation was not valid and I would definitely not be going into a store that lied about my character on the phone.
