We are very disappointed in the lack of concern and customer service we have received and will never buy anything from Tyndall again, We would never recommend Tyndall to anyone, ever. Bought our recliner sofa in Nov. 2016. We also bought a "Mega Protection Plan" to cover the fabric. Tyndall Furniture is the only business name on the protection plan document so you would think Tyndall was issuing the plan.
