Genuine question, do Tyndall’s ATMs ever work?
Great rates, but what good is a building where you can't even deposit your cash at unless the atm is working properly. Which it never does. I've been at the cottage hill branch multiple times with deposits only to have a broken ATM and not be able to deposit my money inside. Really sucks when your bills come out of that account. sorry service no personal touch.
My fiancé have been banking with Tyndall Credit Union for 5 years and recently his account was hacked and money was stolen from him. According the the rude and disrespectful teller it was insinuated that he stole his own money. He is a 71 year old elderly Air Force Veteran. So, what they really told him was it’s his loss.
