The entire staff at the Tyndall Homes housing office have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. We’ve lived here for 4 years and they truly make you feel welcomed and like family which is absolutely something that has been appreciated! Our family absolutely loves Tyndall AFB! Housing is great. Any time we have had a problem, maintenance is here and ready to work. Unlike our previous base, you can trust maintenance here. Every single maintenance worker is fantastic. They leave us better than we were before. They are kind and helpful and you all have no idea how much it is appreciated. Keith the maintenance man came and worked on my AC after the duct work upstairs had collapsed and I have never on my life met someone I saw for the first time and immediately wanted to have over for dinner. The man carries a joy and light in himself. He made me feel so comfortable and explained everything. The man made sure to hi 5 my dog on the way out. They've got a good team there and I'm happy to have met him.
Tyndall AFB homes always took great care of my family. They handled our Maintenance requests swiftly and effectively and made the move in/out process quick and painless. I know people can struggle with on base housing (we have at other bases) but Tyndall was outstanding.
