I had a great experience working with Kalysta in the service department at Tynanna VW. She took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, which really helped me feel more at ease with the process. She was also very patient and understanding, especially since I had to call her multiple times for updates and questions. Her professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate her help!
Took my car in for door handle recall and the door now has a big gauge in the interior lining. They won’t take responsibility. Now, after this next visit the passenger door panel (exterior) is falling off! What is happening there!?
Way better service here than in Tampa Florida!
