Way better service here than in Tampa Florida!
Do not trust them. They are liars and make your car worse. Go anyplace else they will ruin your car and you will have to spend a lot more money just to get it back to working. If I could give them negative stars I would. And don't truth anything Matt Cooper says he lies to your face and then brushes you off after they bricked your car. They will not do anything to help. And just wait for the platitudes of the after we post this review.
I’m not new to this dealership, and I’ve seen their customer service going down I decay, with no way back. My service advisor Ashley was the best service advisor I've ever had. Both at Tynan's and any dealership in general. The tech that worked on my car was phenomenal and gave such detailed notes that really helped with my warranty work. The entire team at Tynan's are just truly wonderful.
