Customer service at the NISSAN service department has been extremely disappointing. I made a phone call, and the representative I spoke with clearly lacked the knowledge and professionalism required for the role. It’s concerning that someone so unprepared was hired—where is the oversight from management or HR? I was simply trying to check if my car had an extended warranty by providing the VIN number, and he refused to help. His responses were robotic and unhelpful, and he seemed unaware of how to handle even basic inquiries... read more

I took my car in few times for maintenance. Great service, friendly and finishes right on time. Love the free car wash service. Both car buying/leasing and service experience have been superb!
