Brilliant surgery, spend 6 months trying to get an appointment with the surgery in the Moy first before you complain about Tynan.
This has to be the best rural surgery in the southern trust.The Doctors are superb and nursing staff excellent.Ok i might have to wait for phone to be answered but this is understandable given the demands on general practice in this locality. One improvement that could be made is all staff should answer telephone with their name.
Rang continuously for 3.5 hours and never got through. Disgraceful service, the manner in which calls are taken shows no consideration for the people who use this surgery.
