I had a fantastic experience purchasing a car at MG Sutherland (June 2026). Alex Pyvovar was my assigned sales representative throughout the process. he provided excellent communication and knowledge, from my very first call to ask about the car, to arranging a test drive, and finally to collecting the car after purchase. Worst customer service. We got greeted with “you will be waiting for a very long time” when requested for someone to talk to. We were expecting a same day purchase. Never coming back and not recommending to anyone.
My experience with MG Sutherland has left me extremely disappointed in both the brand and the customer support provided after purchase. I purchased a brand-new MG QS expecting reliability and support. Instead, I experienced two failed delivery attempts, repeated repairs, ongoing delays and OVER 5months of uncertainty.
