I had an amazing purchasing experience at Tynan MG Sutherland. My salesman Louis was knowledgeable, experienced and patient throughout the purchase. He took the time to explain all the features to ensure I was fully aware of how they worked. Ray in Finance was extremly helpful in explainging the process for window tints and dash cam, even setting up the app on my phone. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I visited the MG dealership on Saturday to enquire about the 2026 MG ZS Hybrid+, however the experience left me with little confidence in either the product or the sales process. Basic questions about the vehicle were met with uncertainty, and I was advised that there were no changes whatsoever between the 2025 and 2026 models. From the beginning of our choice of vehicle we received outstanding attention from purchase to delivery. The Fleet Department Manager and his staff were extremely accommodating we could have not asked for more attention to detail.
