Great service and friendly people
We purchased a Kia Picanto from Tynan Sutherland and were extremely pleased with the service offered to us. We never felt pressured by Andrew, our sales contact and were offered every courtesy to make our purchase decision comfortably. Both Andrew and George were friendly, considerate and patient whilst we ran through all our options. We are delighted with the new car and the whole process from start to finish was an enjoyable one.
I bought my wife a picanto 4 years ago and the service has been outstanding. Unfortunately like other dealerships they obviously don't want our ongoing business. Half way through the service my wife recieved a panic email re her brakes with a price and an acceptable or reject button, no explanation or call. Said brakes came through as passed.
