Kia Sutherland service, biggest letdown. Looking into cars issues and service faults is not their concern or their practice. Everything is too difficult or an additional charge for them. Stupidly tried to rebook a service with them this year but after my call went unanswered 3 times went with Gateway in Wollongong and wow, what a contrast. They spent an hour with my wife diagnosing the issues. Tynan sucks Gateway is the best.
Kai spent a lot of time showing us all the amazing features of our new car. He set up our preferences and explained the security and warranty and road service that came with the purchase. I happily drove out of the dealership confident in knowing what features could be accessed and if I forgot anything, Kai would be available to answer any concerns that may arise. Thank you Kai and the Kia team.
I recently purchased a new car from Kai at Tynans. Kai was very patient and went out of his way to be helpful even on his day off. He is not pushy and listens to what is important to you when buying a new car. I highly recommend Kai and wish him all the best for the future.
