Dr. Tymitz and his team Carolyn and Tracy have been absolutely incredible. I went to them for skin removal for my 150lbs weight loss. When I saw him in office for my first visit he shown a very deep compassion that made my visit very comforting. He knew exactly how I was feeling in that very moment! Dr. Tymitz did mmy gastric bypass as well as several other procedures in the past 6 years. He has treated me with compassion and quickly found other issues and treated them as well. Can not ask for a better general surgeon
A very nice doctor great bedside manners always with a smile on his face. I wholly recommend anybody that needs a surgeon like him to go to.
My GI sent me to See Dr. Tymitz for a possible hernia repair. His first words to me when he entered my room was “ I don’t know why you’re here.” My partner and I were dumb founded. I told him I was there because my GI referred me and his response was “I can’t do anything for the hernia. It’s a birth defect, probably there from birth and… ‘However, you need to lose some weight’”. Fantastic surgeon! Had rather extreme hiatal hernia (whole stomach). A week into recovery and I haven't had half the post op problems or healing conditions I've seen posted on youtube and other media. Definitely the surgeon!
