Really poor customer service from both, the distributor and the dealer. I ordered a part, was told it was in stock in Australia and they would call when it was in the store. No communication. I then followed up a few days later, found out they sold it to another customer and I'm told to either pay $500 for airfreight from Korea, or wait six months for normal sea freight. Shocking.
