TYM T25 review. I purchased TYM T25 in January, and have nothing but positive feedback. The tractor is excellent quality, and easy to use. I have a Flail mower which I purchased with the tractor, and they both have been used heavily over the past few months, through thick African Love grass, on a steep slope. Really poor customer service from both, the distributor and the dealer. I ordered a part, was told it was in stock in Australia and they would call when it was in the store. No communication. I then followed up a few days later, found out they sold it to another customer and I'm told to either pay $500 for airfreight from Korea, or wait six months for normal sea freight. Shocking.
