I used Tym homes design services. The service and Matt were top notch. He was responsive and worked with me to complete a pre wire plan so that I could consider multiple options on what I wanted to install now and what I could pre wire and plan for later.
We paid for upgrades with Tym when having our house built. When we moved in (7 months ago!) we called, scheduled for service online and emailed for weeks and still have never heard one word from them! Appalling!

I can't say enough about my Tym experience. I rate them a 10 out of 5. I had Matt, Greg and the crew set my home up with security, Home theaters and audio throughout. It's been 3 years and they are still willing to help if I have a problem. The have kept my system updated and always with a smile. It's no wonder why they excel in their business dealings. They truly care about us their customers. Keep up the good work!

TYM Homes went above and beyond to help me find the best quality projectors for a unique application on a limited budget. They were friendly, efficient, and even hunted down the Fed Ex delivery guy to hand deliver our projectors for a deadline. We delayed our order, but they took it upon themselves to make sure we still met our deadline. Then once we had our projectors, they assisted in making sure the set up and execution met our expectations. These guys know their stuff and are great to work with!
We had an absolutely stellar experience with TYM Homes, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Our interest was in a pretty large scale investment in projection equipment for a theatre application. TYM has a unique combination of service, approachability, friendliness, and expertise that makes the whole process smooth and, dare I say it, fun.
