Great place to work, tha people are awesome.
Very disappointed in the parts availability. My 474 model has been down for 5 weeks for a simple seal the dealer says they can't get
The smaller TYM tractors appear to work well, but our T115 is endangering our team and is completely useless for farm operations: the clutch (20+ days in service at Macon Ford tractor with multiple adjustment attempts) is unpredictable and “jumpy” to the extend that it damages our attachments and bent an 1 1/8 inch steel hitch pin. It also stresses the tires and transmission. No call back from TYM and the dealer refers to TYM and they refer to the dealer for help. Apparently, clutch cannot be adjusted mechanically.
