Great surgery. Really friendly, everything is done as said in regards to calls back. Great service
Very good surgery, always very efficient with bookings and never waiting too long. Had many appointments with nurse Obrian who is a fantastic nurse very attentive and courteous. Without a doubt the best doctor’s surgery I have been with. Hats off to all the staff working here.
I have moved around a lot. I’ve been a patient with this surgery for nearly 4 years. Honestly, I can’t speak highly enough of them all. I’ve never yet been faced with anything except understanding, respect and kindness. The receptionists are absolutely lovely and efficient. All of them. The nurses and doctors, equally so. I feel very lucky.
Phoned my local practice over 4 days waited on phone over an hour from 8am till 9am once answered the phone just gone 9am and then they said got to phone at 8am. Same thing this morning phoned at 8am now 9.08 no answer. Poor service why should you rate a service that you dont get
