Awesome service. Always fixes our problems right the first time and got us in a day earlier because they had a cancellation 😊
Was troubleshooting a dryer that wouldn’t heat up. Guy at the parts counter tested my fuse and found it bad. Educated me on causes for the failure and general dryer mechanics . Got me squared away and the dryer runs great now. Fuse was slightly cheaper online, but the knowledge gained and same day part was way worth it. Overall great experience.

Called for an appointment and could not make one due to the power outage and their systems were down. Received a call the following day. Not once was I told there was a $99.00 service call charge. Jesse called before he arrived and was here 5 minutes and told me I needed a new ice maker in a Whirlpool fridge that isn't 5 years old and I owe $99.00 for the service call.
