Called last week made appointment to pick up riding lawn mower. Never came to pick it up..Called them they said yes we are coming to pick it up...never came, never called..must not need the business.
Well folks, so much for supporting local businesses. Be very careful taking your brand new equipment to this location. We purchased a new John Deere ZTrack mower and took it to Tyler's to have them install the blower for the material collection system. When we went to pick the mower up, the two collection bags were missing. I asked them about the bags and they said they weren't there when I dropped it off. Finding a small engine shop that is fair is hard. Tyler's has been awesome. Their prices are fair, the turnaround time is great, and the staff are always happy to help. This is the only shop I deal with for my saws and yard equipment.
Great goto spot for fuel and equipment. Knowledgeable staff and they deliver.
