Great atmosphere. Very friendly and motivating gym members. Tyler is great, approachable and no long term membership needed. Very flexible
I've been going to Tyler's Gym for 6 months now and love it! Class sizes are really small - and Tyler is great about personalizing the program to all levels/ages. I go ~3x/week and have seen huge changes/progress to my body and strength level (did my first unassisted pull up last week)! I came back after postpartum wanting to get back in shape, and feel stronger than ever. Great local gym + community, and absolutely worth the cost. Everyone at this gym is super friendly and welcoming. Tyler's the best!
Absolutely love Tyler! He’s so knowledgeable and meets each of the people in his gym where they’re at. Love that there is a strong sense of community within the space that allows you to push to meet your goals, while also having fun doing it!
Tyler is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with (and there have been many) — he is so knowledgeable in every facet of training and has the best temperament for the work. He knows how to keep you motivated and supported. His classes have made me exponentially stronger and I recommend his gym to EVERYONE I can. The small class size rocks — he has attention on everyone in class and knows how to modify a workout to suit individual ailments or weaknesses and it keeps you from feeling lost in the crowd.
