I called about my dishwasher and left a message. He called me back and we set up an appointment for the next day. He didn't show up or even call. Very unhappy with how unprofessional my experience was.
Came home from vacation to find that my dryer died. Couldn't wait for online parts - needed parts now! They even delivered it to my house as they were running errands.
They made my dishwasher work like brand new at a reasonable price, I have no complaints.
