Over the past few days, my AC wasn’t cooling properly and some rooms felt much warmer than others. I decided to call Heating & Air Conditioning for AC repair service. The technician arrived on time and carefully checked the unit. After running a few tests, he found that a refrigerant leak and dirty coils were the main causes. We had issues with our HVAC system's knobs, which didn't sync well with the old system. Austin from Tyler's A/C Repair Service came in and was able to perform a minor fix, replacing them with other knobs. This effectively resolved the problem. We are contemplating upgrading the entire HVAC system in our home in The Woodlands, so we didn't want to replace the entire system at this time, but we are satisfied with the service.
I contacted them this morning around 9 o’clock. They said I had 11 o’clock -2pm appointment. The gentleman would call me before he arrives. Gentleman came around 12 o’clock. They did an excellent job knew what he was doing. What a great way to do business
