I have been seeing this doctor for several years, and it seems like all this office wants now is money. They have changed names a few times (I wonder why). They do not care about patient concerns and are constantly trying to make unnecessary follow-ups. This doctor doesn't even know why I am in there, and he suggested making the follow-up. Dr Williams is nice enough, but for a few reasons, I have switched to a new provider. It is very annoying the way he dictates to your chart out loud, like he doesn't believe you. " Patient states that she only consumes X calories." On top of that after over a year and a half or more of coming to him and working on getting my weight down, he did prescribe me a GLP1, but didn't bother to mention that they don't do pre-authorizations with the insurance. If your on Medicaid, dont expect him to do anything for you
I called to get in for a New Patient appointment and they got me in within the week. When I went in the girl at the front desk was sweet and so was the Medical Assistant. When Dr. Williams came in I felt comfortable instantly. He spent a good amount of time getting to know me and my history. I went in a week later due to being sick and even at that appointment he took his time and even caught something that no other PCP has that I did not know was an issue. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for your PCP!
