I called to get in for a New Patient appointment and they got me in within the week. When I went in the girl at the front desk was sweet and so was the Medical Assistant. When Dr. Williams came in I felt comfortable instantly. He spent a good amount of time getting to know me and my history. I went in a week later due to being sick and even at that appointment he took his time and even caught something that no other PCP has that I did not know was an issue. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for your PCP!
Why are the front desk people so flippin mean. They don't call ya to tell ya about labs. And when ya go in they are on their phone, must be something interesting on there. Tyler williams has a heart of Gold the staff needs to be chucked and start anew

Haven’t met Doctor Williams, so far front office is not making him look positive. Front office girl shows no compassion towards disabled patient. Turned away because she arrived 10 minutes BEFORE her scheduled appointment. :( P.s. (Also had to wait for the elevator on first floor for about 10 minutes).
Dr. Williams was very through and I felt very comfortable. I needed a new Primary Care doctor, and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Williams.
