Dr Williams is nice enough, but for a few reasons, I have switched to a new provider. It is very annoying the way he dictates to your chart out loud, like he doesn't believe you. " Patient states that she only consumes X calories." On top of that after over a year and a half or more of coming to him and working on getting my weight down, he did prescribe me a GLP1, but didn't bother to mention that they don't do pre-authorizations with the insurance. If your on Medicaid, dont expect him to do anything for you
I called to get in for a New Patient appointment and they got me in within the week. When I went in the girl at the front desk was sweet and so was the Medical Assistant. When Dr. Williams came in I felt comfortable instantly. He spent a good amount of time getting to know me and my history. I went in a week later due to being sick and even at that appointment he took his time and even caught something that no other PCP has that I did not know was an issue. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for your PCP!
Why are the front desk people so flippin mean. They don't call ya to tell ya about labs. And when ya go in they are on their phone, must be something interesting on there. Tyler williams has a heart of Gold the staff needs to be chucked and start anew
