Can’t even find out if they take the insurance, they’re apparently so understaffed that no one can answer a phone.
First time and very likely last time. I went in with a concern regarding my ear. I arrived about 2 minutes before my appointment time, was asked to fill out forms and told that I'd be called back. About 10 to 15 minutes later, I was called back and greeted very cordially by the nurse, to get weighed and taken back to the room where I was asked more questions. Very good staff and nice the doctor is very helpful help my son with his allergies in his tubes in his ears since he was little and now my son is 15 still go to him and he's a very good doctor I recommend him to anybody that has ear problem allergy problem knows problem anything like that he's a very good doctor.
The office staff are polite and professional. There is little waiting before you are called back and Dr Scoresby is very thorough. Overall Central Park ENT is a good choice for an ENT. I highly recommend.
