This place is the worst doctors office you can go to. I have grown up in mentor and I will drive 30 minutes away to avoid this place. The people there are SLOW and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
DONE DESERVE 1 STAR!!!! Please do not come here. Despite the comments that speak about the bad reviews, everyones experience is different. My experience was one of the scariest days of my life. IT TOOK 3 PEOPLE TO TRY TO DRAW BLOOD!!!! Not only was the service extremely slow and unprofessional, the guy who came in to draw my blood did everything but that. He appeared to be under the influence and was tripping over his feet and also weigh scales in the room. He did not know passwords for cabinets, and he was extremely rough. ... read more
