the doctor showed no compassion or interest in understanding our needs and problems. He did not provide any decent explanation or plan of treatment. My husband and I kept asking for more information and his responses were mostly "we already covered that earlier". He said he doesnt have to see us anymore going forward and that we can just contact him on mychart to TELL him to put an order for tests or medication. He did not show any concern or care for us as patients. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AS A "DOCTOR".
Dr Stevens is the best doctor! What a kind caring person who goes over everything before and after the procedures he does on you. So glad I found him at Cleveland Clinic!
Dr. Stevens is one of the doctors who saved my life. I had infectious necrotizing pancreatitis. If it wasn’t for him I believe I wouldn’t be alive. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. He treats you with kindness and he really does care.
My husband has struggled for a long time with pancreatitis. We felt hopeless and nothing has been helping. Dr Stevens was amazing and took the time to listen to us and direct us in the right direction. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner!
