My neighbor suggested that I try this place for carpet cleaning in Somerville. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Troy, who had a big smile and a great attitude. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience with this carpet cleaning service. After trying other companies before with poor results, I finally found one that did an excellent job. Troy came out to clean my couch and one room of carpet. The process was fast, easy, and the price was fair. My couch was really dirty, and someone else had tried to clean it before, but it didn’t help at all. I hired Tyler & Sons Carpet Cleaning to clean our 30-year-old carpets that have seen lots of wear from kids and pets, including two older dogs. I knew the carpets were old, so I didn’t expect them to look brand new. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and mattress. After our dog had some accidents indoors, I reached out to them. They got back to me quickly and asked helpful questions about the situation. Troy came out to clean the mattress first, and the pet odor was totally gone afterward. I was so happy with the result that I had them return to clean the carpet too, and the smell was completely removed, even though it had been there for a while. I will only use them for any carpet or fabric cleaning needs!
