We had our 15 year old Lutron shades replaced by Hunter Douglas motorized shades from Tyler and Sash several months ago. We worked primarily with Shaun, but we interacted with many of the staff and they were all extremely helpful. The installation went smoothly, with the minor glitch that one of the 6 motors was making a slight sound, which the installer immediately pointed out and replaced a couple weeks later. The customer service and attention to our project was outstanding. Everyone at Tyler & Sash made us feel heard and cared for each step of the way -- from style choice and color recommendations to scheduling and installation. And, of course, the window treatments themselves are beautiful and have greatly improved the space!
Just had my blinds replaced by Tyler & Sash, so very pleased. I called them about a year ago, was not thrilled by their price nor was I thrilled by the guy who answered the phone, he was condescending and abrupt, so I figured I would explore other blind companies. If you get "Josh" on the phone, do not be put off, it IS a good company, he does not represent the company well! Josh, Shaun and Mike were super helpful in selecting just the right wallpaper to brighten up my bathroom. I absolutely love it!
They cancelled 9 o'clock scheduled appointment at 9:17am on the scheduled day. What kind of management is this.
