Every part of my visit—from the front desk (Amanda was so kind and gentle-truly reassuring and calming) to the surgical assistant to the surgeon—everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and genuine care. Excellent service! Extracted 3 teeth, given after care meds, cold pack, instructions. I never had any pain!! Rave reviews!
Dr Boyd is competent. Did a good job removing all lower teeth in prep for dentures. Front desk staff desperately needs training in telephone etiquette and customer service. Not friendly. Not polite.
