Easy in and out! Friendly staff!
They are not processing online orders, answering calls, or returning voicemails, and orders cannot be canceled online or through the Barnes & Noble 800 number. Customers are essentially left with no way to resolve an issue once an order is placed. If they do not have the capacity to properly manage online sales or provide basic customer service, they should limit purchases to in-store only. I am not sure how this level of operation and customer service is considered acceptable by the campus.
Guy on the phone was rude as hell
Big campus.
