Dr Jones performed an emergency surgery for me. Throughout the pre-op and post-op periods, Dr Jones really listened to all of my questions and concerns and took the time to address every point with clear and detailed answers. After a challenging experience with other health care providers leading up to the surgery, the end to end experience with Dr Jones was a welcome relief.
He was the best made me feel so comfortable and secure. Especially for my first ever surgery. He was also very nice and kind and answered all my questions after my post operation appointment.
Dr Jones was very helpful and awesome bedside manner. He treated me with respect and explained the entire procedure and made me comfortable
I had my follow up post op visit with Dr Tyler Jones. He is a very compassionate surgeon who took the time to answer all of my questions . Every surgeon should have a bed side manner like his. I’m a retired nurse and understand the importance of a doctor taking the time to listen to their patients. I highly recommend him.
