Tyler and his team are the last you want handling your case. Responses to emails took a weeks. I even started to test the theory that they only respond when you send in a payment. And sure enough responses would come a day later after payments were made. It could be really frustrating when you’re being left in the dark. If you have a guardian ad litem as well, he will not protect you from being bamboozled by said guardian ad litem. The system is built to set children up for failure and not to protect them.
