Was looking for an a/c company to come out and check out the pressures on a new mini split unit I bought on line. A company that specializes in working on hvac units. This company advertises that they do but I was told they would only work on ones they sold and installed. Must be nice to have so much business you can turn it away.
Needed emergency service Saturday afternoon. Finally returned my phone call to promise a service call on Tuesday. Said they would call me at noon for an exact time. Tuesday came and went .... no phone call, no show. Chose another company with better reviews.
We have a cabin in Gore and we were having to use the emergency heat instead of the regular heat. So I called them and they went out immediately and the previous heat & air people overcharged the system and once he let some freon out it worked great! This will be our heat & air guys from now on. Thank you for fixing it so quickly!
