Hes a great doctor, 5 stars! but the office staff and scheduling 1 star. First it takes hours for someone to answer their phone and when they do their first appt is 3 months from now.
I was recommended this office for my family. We schedule appointments online in November 2023 with almost a year of a wait to be seen. I called the office at the beginning of the New Year to confirm dates of appointment. A family of 3. The rep state no appointments were scheduled for my husband. We were able to get him scheduled with another provider at this location. I believe she was Asian. Went for my first visit today... very impressed. Dr. Girdler listens, remembers and inspires confidence. It’s so difficult to find an excellent primary care doc and be able to get scheduled - I scored!!!!
