He was incredibly helpful in explaining the different areas, giving us candid information and tailoring our house hunting visits to what we wanted. Tyler did a wonderful job, transparently as the buyers agent, but also relaying my responses and concerns to the buyers. I did not have an agent, but felt he represented his clients and was fair to me also. Sort of a difficult thing for a real estate agent, but I felt that he did a good job for both sides and consummated the sale. He was never pushy and did not use any pressure tactics. The parties arrived at what was a very fair price. I recommend Tyler without reservations.
